    I used Pooklet default eyes with Anva's sclera. For skin I use Selzi Sims Oepu-Louis Blends default replacements. If you go to my profile on here my profile pic is a Sim I created using those two.
    EDIT: Pooklet is on digitalpervsion forums and Selzi has their own website.

  • I use Pyxis Venice Defaults, and Venice Add On's for supernaturals. For eyes I sometimes alternate between Pooklets Yumedust Eye Love and CuriousB's Magic Theatre and for faces I use Pooklet's Legacy Default Faces
    I use various other replacements, like some of Bruno's lipsticks blended and defaulted byAquilegia, as well as clothing default replacements and Bloom's Sexy Feet, but I use too many to list and those are the important ones

    I would like to thank you guys, too, since I haaate the whole process of searching for CC, lol. And it's a never-ending thing, like those Russian nesting doll, searching, searching, searching, trying it out, searching researching--to the point where I don't even play the game anymore, ha.
    I like to keep things simple, and just get a few things here and there from a select few creators.
    So, I'll go with the Pooklet eyes and Selzi skins, I think for now. (Or maybe Simcribbling or Enayla for the skin tones, because I do like to use elf ears with those..hmmm..)

    I'm kind of confused with skintones vs faces, though. Won't the skintones interfere with faces, eyes, etc?

    Sounds you got a lot of stuff there @Pary . So there's no interference with each other, though? What are the face templates of the Legacy Default Faces? Would those interfere with any default eyes and/or default skintones?

  • No, they don't interfere with each other. The Legacy face templates are merely default overrides for EAxis face templates in CAS. They have slightly altered features like rounder chins or less pointed jaws, adjusted noses and cheeks, things like that. They're just softer and less angular than the originals. The actual face geometry has been altered in the templates, they're not added ski tones or anything like that.
    Sometimes skin tones, depending on the way they're blended can make your existing sims face look a little different but that's about all. I love to make colored aliens, so I have thirty or so brightly colored skins that are not default replacements in my game, and they cause no problems at all. TS2 is a lot less temperamental than TS3.

    Oh, so the face templates just replace the EA face templates (the ones you can choose during CAS) geometry-wise?
    Thanks for the info. I'm definitely downloading them right now. As long as they don't alter my default skintones and eyes, I'm definitely going with them.
